Friday Grief Yoga Class

Have you lost a loved one and been experiencing chronic pain ever since? Grief can trigger or worsen health issues, making it even harder to cope.
I'm thrilled to introduce my new Grief Yoga class - a healing space to explore the mind-body benefits of Kundalini yoga tailored for bereaved people. These beginner-friendly classes incorporate:
- Gentle poses and movement
- Breathwork and meditation
- Light chanting with mantras
- Stress-reducing practices
In addition to enhancing flexibility and easing chronic pain, we'll be working on calming your body's grief response while building emotional resilience during this profoundly challenging time.
