Grief can cause a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional symptoms, including digestive issues, brain fog, poor sleep, severe anxiety or weight loss. This is only natural as grief is a whole body experience.

But because grief is also utterly overwhelming and exhausting, it can be hard to prioritise your own health and find the right kind of support to address all these confusing grief symptoms.

My support programmes provide you with all the knowledge and practical tools you need to help yourself feel better and cope with all your turbulent emotions with greater resilience. My approach is grounded in Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine from India, which addresses imbalances from all angles.

To create a personalised programme, I always start with a comprehensive health assessment which includes determining your unique body-mind constitution. Based on this, we will discuss what changes to your eating, drinking, sleeping and other habits would be most beneficial for you to implement into your daily routine. 

Flexibility is key since we are all different and may be facing different additional challenges going through grief. This is why I also offer meal planning support, personal cooking sessions and grief yoga which can be added to your individual programme.
