‍August, Issue 1

‍Dear Visitor ‍

‍The day Kevin died is forever imprinted in my memory. I vividly recall wondering how I would survive the next 40 years of my life (somehow, I feel that I’m going to get very old)…

On the 7th anniversary of his death, I’ve taken some time to reflect on my journey so far - the ups and downs, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

‍A Journey of Healing and Resilience

As you all know from your own experience, grief is a journey like no other - a deeply personal and often unpredictable path. Looking back over these seven years, I see not just the pain and loss, but also my personal growth - growth that might never have happened if Kevin hadn’t died.

It’s that eternal duality in life - most things aren’t simply black and white when we take a closer look.

My Reflections on This Day

In the video I’m sharing with you today, I open up about my thoughts and feelings as I honour this anniversary. I speak about the challenges, the moments of light, and I’m also reminding you about my free email series, where I share the ways and strategies that have helped me move forward, even when it felt impossible.

My hope is that by sharing my story and these strategies, you might find some comfort, understanding, or even a little inspiration in your own journey.

‍Whether you’ve experienced a recent loss or have been walking this path for some time, I hope my reflections resonate with you. Grief is a journey that changes us, but it doesn’t define us.

Together, we can find strength and community in our shared experiences.
