If you or someone you know is living with COPD after a major loss, this new online cooking group is also for you. Funded by the National Lottery, this group is designed to support both breathing and digestion through practical cooking tips and COPD-friendly recipes. We’ll cook together, chat, and you’ll walk away with a nourishing lunch.

🧘♀️ Grief Yoga – Resuming This Week!
I’m excited to share that my Grief Yoga class on Fridays is back after the summer break! This month, we’ll be focusing on the chakras – the subtle energy centres in the body that often become blocked in grief.
In this class, you’ll learn how to release that blocked energy through movement, sound, and breath. You may notice subtle (or even not-so-subtle) shifts in your body, mind, and the way you cope with emotions.
