Eight years ago, nobody told me that grief wasn't just breaking my heart—it was compromising my digestion, derailing my blood sugar, destroying my sleep, and literally wreaking havoc in my body.

 

Nobody connected those dots. So I started connecting them myself.


‍Why I Created These Workshops (And Why They're Free)

I'm passionate—maybe obsessively so—about filling this missing gap in bereavement support.

 

Because when I was newly widowed, I would have given a lot for someone to say:

 

"Here's why your energy is low. Here's what actually helps. Here's how to take care of yourself when everything feels impossible."

 

That's what these workshops are about.

 

Three free, live sessions where I share what I discovered the hard way—and what I've now distilled into practical strategies you can use straightaway.
