‍Dear Visitor,

‍Every year, Full Circle Funerals invites me to host a free webinar.

This year, I wanted to share something different - something beyond nutritional support. I wanted to offer a way of understanding what’s happening in the body during grief: pieces of a puzzle I’ve been working with for the past eight years, drawing on both Western and Eastern perspectives.

What happened next surprised both me and David from Full Circle Funerals.

More than 77 people signed up, and over 38 joined live - grievers and bereavement professionals alike.

Given how little I was able to promote this webinar, this response was unexpected.

And it highlighted something I see again and again in my work: We’re still missing an important part of the grief conversation.

‍What’s often not explained about grief

Grief isn’t only emotional, and it doesn’t only affect the mind. It affects our entire being - body, mind, and emotions - all at once.

And the symptoms we experience are not random. They follow recognisable patterns.

When you begin to understand those patterns, something shifts.

You can start to respond to your body in a way that actually supports you – with more steadiness and clarity in daily life.

Here's what people shared after the webinar:

If you weren’t able to join live - or if you’d like to revisit it - you can watch the full webinar here.

In this session I cover:

  • Why grief symptoms can feel so unpredictable, yet follow recognisable patterns
  • How closely the body, mind, and emotions are interconnected
  • What you can begin to do - in small, practical ways - to support yourself more effectively

‍Would you like to explore this further?

If you recognise patterns in your own experience and aren’t sure how to work with them - or if you’re dealing with symptoms that haven’t shifted, such as persistent fatigue, digestive issues, insomnia, or brain fog - you’re welcome to book a free 30-minute call with me.

It’s simply a space to talk through what you’re noticing and explore whether there are ways I can support you. No one-size-fits-all approach - just a conversation shaped around you and what you’re experiencing.

‍If you're not quite ready for a call, I'd like to invite you to explore my website, with many blog articles and links to videos, a free eBook, and other practical grief support.

Much love,

Sabine
