The holiday season can be an especially difficult time when you’re grieving the loss of someone close. While everything around us may look joyful and festive, it often brings our sadness and longing into sharper focus and reminds us of who is no longer here.

Having been through this myself, I know how overwhelming this time of year can be. Over the years, I’ve found simple, supportive practices that can make this period feel a little more manageable — especially when emotions run high and food becomes a source of both comfort and stress.

In these workshops, we’ll look at how nourishing ourselves in small but meaningful ways can help us cope better with emotional triggers, fatigue, and the pressures that tend to build up around this season. We’ll explore practical food-based tools that can help you feel steadier, calmer, and more supported from the inside out.

You’re welcome to join one of the dates below. Each session offers a gentle space to connect, share if you feel comfortable, and leave feeling a little more prepared and a little less alone:

  • 5th December — 7–8pm GMT / 2–3pm ET
  • 10th December — 5–6pm GMT / 12–1pm ET
  • 13th December — 4–5pm GMT / 11am–12pm ET
