As we move through our 40s and beyond, our bodies and nervous systems change. You may notice more fatigue, tension, disrupted sleep, mood swings, brain fog, or a growing sense that what used to work for you no longer does. This gentle Kundalini yoga class is designed to support you through this stage of life. By tuning into your body and noticing what feels supportive and what doesn’t, you can navigate this big hormonal shift more easily – with fewer or even no symptoms (yes, that's entirely possible!).
Each session combines simple movements, breathing practices, relaxation, sound, and short meditations to help calm your nervous system, release physical tension, and build a kinder, more trusting relationship with your body. The practices are adaptable, steady, and non-strenuous – offering support instead of focusing on performance.

You don’t need any previous yoga experience or flexibility. Movements can be done on a mat or seated on a chair, depending on what feels right for your body on the day.
