Join my free Wellbeing Community for Grieving Partners as we embark on a Gentle 3-Week Autumn Reset & Cleanse, also free, starting on 21st October!

In this cleanse, we focus on nourishment, not deprivation, following Ayurvedic principles to gently support your body and mind through autumn and prepare for the seasonal change ahead.

You’ll enjoy warm, easy-to-digest meals, enriched with herbs and spices to boost digestion, release toxins, and elevate your energy and mood. Alongside the meals, we’ll also focus on reducing sugar intake and staying well-hydrated to support the body’s natural detoxification process.

In addition, we’ll be incorporating simple yet powerful daily practices like tongue scraping to help remove toxins from the body and deep breathing exercises to improve digestion, calm the nervous system, and reduce stress.

This is an opportunity to foster emotional resilience and take gentle care of yourself as we move into the colder, darker months while navigating grief.
