Nurturing Yourself Through The Holidays

Tuesday 10 December 2024 - Saturday 14 December 2024
7:00pm

The holiday season can be especially tough when you’re grieving the loss of a loved one. While the world around us seems filled with joy, it often highlights what - or who - is missing from our lives.

As someone who has experienced profound loss, I understand how overwhelming this time can be. I’ve been through it myself, and over the years, I’ve learned some practical ways to help cope with the emotional challenges of the season.

That’s why I’m offering two free Christmas workshops to share tools and strategies to help you navigate the emotional ups and downs with more ease. You’ll also learn simple tips to maintain your mood, energy, and well-being during this difficult time.

Join me on 10th December (7–8pm GMT / 2–3pm ET) or 14th December (3–4pm GMT / 10–11am ET) for these interactive workshops. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can connect, share, and leave feeling more supported and less alone.

Interested? Find out more and register here.

Remember, you don’t need to have everything figured out—just take this step to feel more supported and less alone this holiday season.
